Product Introduction

Lyocell 30s JMFAA is a flagship yarn in DING XIANG, the house brand of Rugao Dingyan Textile. Spun from 100% Lyocell — a regenerated cellulose fibre made from wood pulp — it combines the moisture absorbency and breathability of a cellulosic fibre with a tensile strength closer to that of synthetics, together with the lustre, smooth surface and fluid drape that read as silk to the eye and the hand.

Ne 30s is the workhorse count of the range: fine enough for lightweight apparel fabrics, yet robust enough for high-speed weaving and knitting without a punishing breakage rate. The same JMFAA series is also produced in Ne 40s and Ne 60s, so a programme spanning several fabric weights can keep one consistent fibre identity.

Key Advantages

High tensile strength — 618 average. Warp breakage is one of the two costs that decide whether a yarn runs well on high-speed looms, the other being evenness. At this strength level the yarn tolerates dense constructions and high-tension warping without escalating stops, which protects both loom efficiency and fabric first-quality yield.

Evenness CV 10.4%. Uniform yarn gives a level, clean fabric face and reduces the dye uptake variation that causes shading and barre after finishing. For piece-dyed programmes this is the difference between an acceptable and a returned lot.

Low imperfection count — 1 thin / 6 thick / 22 neps per 1,000 m. Imperfections surface as visible faults on the finished cloth and as dye specks that force downgrading. Keeping them low raises the proportion of fabric that ships as first quality.

Plant-based comfort with real moisture management. Lyocell absorbs more moisture than cotton and releases it readily, which is why it feels cool against the skin. The filament cross-section is round and smooth, so fabrics made from it have low surface friction and no scratchy hand even at fine gauges.
